F-07 Stay (base position, brief duration)

Dog remains in a declared position (sit, down, stand) with handler present, brief duration (5-15 seconds), no distractions.

Where it appears in the sport

Precursor to every long-stay behavior. Also embedded in scenario transitions where the dog holds a position while the handler moves briefly (e.g., L1 PRO Scenario 2 vehicle stay setup).
