F-09 Muzzle acceptance

Dog accepts the placement of a K9 Elements-approved agitation muzzle without avoidance, pawing, or attempts to remove.

Where it appears in the sport

L1 OB Phase 1 (all four exercises are conducted muzzled). L1 PRO Scenario 2 (Muzzle Felony Stop). L3 EN behaviors 1.1 (heeling under muzzle) and 2.3 (muzzle work / civil aggression). Cannot-be-muzzled dogs are auto-NQ at L1 OB per rulebook §7.2.
